DescriptionPainting of the “Battle of Adwa.” Saint George appears at the center on a white horse. At the top left and right are storage tents. On the Ethiopian side at the top are priests carrying a copy of the Ark of the Covenant. Injured fighters appear at the center right and left, and prisoners appear below.
