DescriptionBoy’s kimono and hifu vest set for New Year and other special occasions. The decorative motifs include hobby horses, kites, pull-toys in the form of treasure ships (takarabune), drums, bells, and cats. These motifs alternate with solid purple or blue squares with a plaid overlay resembling ikat. The vest has a white collar with pleated trim. Both garments have a cream silk lining and are padded for warmth.
