DescriptionSuzani wall hanging. Heavily embroidered in iroki cross stitch technique on a black background, decorated with a central panel with three large floral medallions and a border with scroll-like insect motifs. At the centers and corners of the medallions are ram horn or kasa kalkan motifs. The two ends are decorated with a singular floral-scroll motif. A commercial cloth border appears at the two long edges, and commercial cloth is used as the backing.
