DescriptionAxsu, woman’s overskirt. Three design bands alternate with multicolored stripes. Rampant and standing horses are the primary design, with interspersed grazing horses, winged horses, turkeys, llamas, and viscachas (South American rodents). Viscachas and birds appear in the border. Weaver has woven her name, Tomasa Quispé, as well as unidentifiable words in the central band. Yellow tubing on three sides with green and red dashes.
