DescriptionWoman’s shawl woven on a man’s horizontal loom in strips of approximately 4” width; ten strips are sewn together edge to edge to form this shawl. Primarily dark blue with fine medium blue warp lines, light blue supplementary weft designs, and zigzag floating weft threads in dark blue. Aso-oke (narrowband) cloth. Hemmed.
