DescriptionRaffia partial textile that would be attached as a decorative panel to a woman’s skirt. The textile has a black and white tie-dyed border on three sides with a red central panel with natural raffia embroidered linear elements forming large and small triangles with horizontal lines within the large triangles and four circles in the small diamonds. Interspersed throughout the textile are horizontal openwork elements with natural raffia zigzags.
