DescriptionWincha (head band), warp-faced, produced in an Aymara village but woven in Kallawaya style. Three major design bands have many geometric and animal designs, including horses, birds,.fish, and rayed diamonds representing the sun. Borders have glass trade beads in white, blue and yellow. Ties are hand woven.
