Wrapper has white, green, maroon, yellow and black stripes, and a solid green border bearing supplementary weft designs in the ebenlen or eben (state sword) pattern. Fringed. Woven by Mrs. Omoduwa Oseyi on a woman’s vertical loom in three pieces, which would be stitched together by the purchaser. This is the traditional toga-style dress of Ishan men, now rare and mostly reserved for ceremonial occasions.
