DescriptionBlack ash splint basket with woven sea grass and sweet grass. Much of the basket is covered with braided sweet grass, but one band of unbraided sweetgrass surrounds the multiple-loop splint handle. Rim of lid is bound with splint rim wraps in X and V-shapes.
