DescriptionAwayo (awayu), utility shoulder cloth. Dark brown fields and multicolored stripes and pebble-woven bands with animal designs including a Spanish lion, Andean geese, other birds, and viscachas (South American rodent of chinchilla family). Outlining the bands are thinner bands of geometric hooked triangles.
