DescriptionMale medicine figure (Nkisi Nkonde) with embedded blades and nails in the torso and arms. His right arm is raised with thumb jutting upward while the left hand is at his side resting on the thigh. The eyes are covered with glass and he has the representation of a munkwisa leaf of secrecy in his mouth. A rectangular projection from the stomach area contains unknown substances and is covered with glass at the front.
