DescriptionBaby laced into cradle board with backboard featuring two bird heads. The orange wrapper depicts flowers, leaves, and birds, which may be intended to represent beadwork or painted designs. The cradle board is flanked by similar flowers and leaves, one leaf taking the form of a bird on three of the four stems. Morrisseau’s signature, Copper Thunder Bird in Cree syllabics, is on the bottom right side of the painting, between the cradle board and the flower flanking it.
