DescriptionStanding male figure with angry expression holding a rolled up a document marked “Treaty.” He wears copper earrings, the representation of a Washington Peace Medal, and garments decorated with sinew, the Washington Covenant Belt figures and the American flag, of which the blue ground is glazed and red stripes are dripping/spattered. Both hands are tied, one behind back with fingers crossed.
