DescriptionMola panel with two fabric layers in maroon and black that with additional interleaved fabrics create a reverse appliqué Biblical scene of Noah, the ark, and a variety of animals, as well as a multicolored serrated border. Extensive chain and running stitch embroidery decorate the figure, animals, and the ark. Additional triangular and four-pointed appliqué and reverse appliqué elements fill in the corners and spaces between the animals.
