DescriptionMola panel with three fabric layers in maroon, black, and light blue that create the black border of a large central mother and child and four surrounding large flowers with stems and leaves. The faces and limbs are solid peach fabric, while the clothing is mostly print fabrics with embroidery, which also covers the flowers and represents the woman’s jewelry. Additional appliqué and reverse appliqué fabrics create multicolored concentric triangles throughout the background.
