DescriptionMola panel with two fabric layers in maroon and mustard that with additional interleaved fabrics create reverse appliqué multicolored vertical dashes and the outlines of two birds “kissing.” Multicolored appliqué fabrics create the wings and tail feathers and leaf forms below. Elaborate embroidery ornaments the wings and faces of the birds as well as the leaves. “Swastika” patterns surround one bird eye and a single “swastika” is on the tail of the other bird.
