DescriptionMola panel with two fabric layers in black and orange to create the reverse appliqué outline of a large appliqué lobster figure in a setting of leaves and flowers. The features of the lobster, the vegetation, two large spirals, and subsidiary geometric forms are all created with appliqué and ornamented with extensive chain-stitch embroidery.
